Richard O. Greenfield has represented injured workers in Workers’ Compensation cases since 1968. Mr. Greenfield is a graduate of Loyola University School of Law in Chicago. He is a past president of the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association and a past chair of the Illinois State Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Council. He has lectured at Workers’ Compensation programs sponsored by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the Illinois State Bar Association and was a chapter author for the IICLE handbook on Illinois Workers’ Compensation Practice. Mr. Greenfield was also the assistant to the special counsel for Workers’ Compensation legislative matters for the Illinois State Federation of Labor. He is currently in private practice representing injured workers before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission.
